We care about you and hence our service booking is risk free. We process full refunds upon customer request
after cancellation of a booking made.
We thereby reserve the full right to determine if you truly cancelled a booking and therefore should receive your full refund. We promise to try our best to process your refunds on time and instantly if possible. However, we will not be liable for any delay in processed refunds since we work with third-party financial institutions who make their own background checks before processing refunds. We also reserve the right to not process your refund upon suspicion of a fraudulent activity.
Amount of Refund
Note that, your refund is the amount you would have paid for the service (haircut/hairstyle) and not the fee for using our booking service. We thereby reserve full rights to not give back your booking fee even after you cancelled your appointment. The booking fee is used to maintain our platform and process instant transactions through third-party financial institutions. Therefore, we will provide a full refund for the service that has been cancelled or not provided only.
